New home page, now also in english

The home page has been updated with a new modern look. Now the home page also is in english and a castilian (spanish) version is also planned.

Successfull test at Alnarp

During 2007 Bioagua had The Swedish University of Agricultura Sciences, Alnarp, perform a test of the media that is used for growing microorganisms inside the Bioagua. The results where very positive and shows that bacteria grows very well on the substrate. This means that the idea that pathogens will be reduced by competition from harmles microorganisms, the main principle behind Bioagua, seems to hold. The next step is a larger test where the whole process is being tested. This is planned to 2010.

Stronger profile on research

Bioagua's ambition to be leading in terms of research is pointed out now with the membership in Partnerskap Alnarp at The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. The contract runs over three years and it is our hope that this will generate more research and more money to research about biotechnical water treatment.

Bioagua now as corporation

Bioagua has taken the step from private company to corporation. The change is a step to make the company only deal with biotechnical water treatment and to make it possible for investors to enter the company.

Bioagua protected as a trademark

Bioagua has now been registered as a trademark at the swedish patent authority with number 384106. The registration means that the logo and the name Bioagua are protected as trademarks and only may be used by Bioagua. The protection is a strength in the forthcoming marketing.

Bioagua has moved

Bioagua changed location Tuesday 2 Januariy 2007. The new office is in an industrial area just outside the centre of Varberg, approximately 1 km from the railway station. The office space is now bigger than before and the new location also gives better posibilities for keeping stock, loading and unloading. The internet is not yet connected. The fiber cable is planned to be installed during March. Until then we have to rely on a modem connection. Telephone number and e-mail address is the same as before.

New Home Page

Welcome to Bioagua's new home page. The old pages had for a long time been in need of a fresh up. It is our ambition that the new home page will feel more modern and easier to navigate. Happy reading.
